CBSE Amends Safety Guidelines after Ryan Murder
The Central Board of Secondary Education disclosed a circular citing certain essential guidelines that ensure students' safety. As per the circular, CBSE supervised every school to install CCTV cameras.
With the support of cameras, police officials will be able to verify each school staff and thereby recognise the entry of outsiders in the school campus. This particular action was taken right after the Gurugram student's murder case.
A notice was issued by the Supreme Court to the Haryana Government, the state's Director General of police, the Centre, the CBSE, and the CBI as part of inquest on the murder of 7 year old student named Pradyuman Thakur in the Ryan International School. The child was found to be dead with his throat slit in the school washroom.VN:F [1.9.16_1159]CBSE Amends Safety Guidelines after Ryan MurderRated 4.0 out of 5 based on 3 ratings
